  • Not expired or close to expiration

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund

5. Return Process

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
